No cheese for dipping and pretzel was dried up! I only like the drinks since the drive thru operator was rude, face mask around her neck and unkempt sloppy attire!
rude service. car hop was rude when I asked for a remake of THEIR mistake. threw it in the trash very dramatically!

Service time is really bad at this location. I have been waiting at the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I can't leave because they sent someone to the car to get payment.
Such rude and slow service. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to answer the intercom. Then Deborah, the lady who finally answered was just rude. ‘Huh? I can’t hear you!’ Along with some snark remarks. Idk why I keep coming back to this place wasting my whole lunch hour waiting on food. Oh and the food is never fresh. My popcorn chicken was soft, stale and cold. Was not asked or offered a drink. Although hedi, the carhop is always a sweetheart.
The food is never fresh! It’s sad that this is the only sonic that we have in Boerne and we have to deal with poor food and service !
Got here at 5:40 PM parking lot was 1/3 full. Waited ten minutes and never got service. Called inside. No answer. Watched numerous people drive up and then leave because they couldn’t get service. I have seen better organized monkey poop fights at the zoo!!!

Ordered a #1,#2 and a chicken asiago meal. All with large tots and route 44’s (two of the drinks are peach tea, one sweet the other unsweetened). Pulled up to the window and the young man working just started handing us drinks, then our bags of food. I had to ask him which tea was which.
