Have visited the Sonic located at 5889 N. Ninth Ave 3 times. All 3 times my order was small and it took 15- 25 minutes to receive it. The staff acted like I had interrupted something and took their time getting it to me. 17 minutes for 2 drinks?!?!! I will visit the Sonic nearer to my house, this isnthe last time I visit this Sonic!! Food was blah..Thanks but no Thanks!

RecommendedWe just visited there after a long day of moving, ate and went to leave. Our car battery died, The General Manager was nice enough to give us a jump. He went over and above! Thank you!

This place is ridiculously slow EVERY single time I go here by the time my food finally came out after ( at least ) a 20 minute wait the fries and burger were cold .. I usually love sonic but I’m over going to this one I would rather drive to another one ... oh AND my order was wrong Ordered my meal with onion rings and I got tater tot’s and they didn’t put bacon in my burger either
Ice cream machine closed 10:30 at night. Just as bad as McDonald's.
Ran by to get a Rootbeer float for someone after surgery...paid almost 4 bucks...no ice cream in it at all..not even full...won't be back...we've always needed a spoon to eat the ice cream out of the float...hate to waste money...�
They are very rude and not customer friendly. I don't care what time of day. They really need new staff at this location. Something needs to change.
I ordered the honey BBQ boneless wings for the first time the other day and I was so dissatisfied. The chicken was fried to long to the point it was hard to chew cuz I was scared I was going to break a tooth and there was no sauce on them, it was all at the bottom of the box it came in. Definitely not how it looks advertised, smh
