Another disappointing trip to sonic. Waited 20 mins for my food while I watched one employee sit in the floor and two others talked to each other. The order came out wrong and it was cold. Obviously no one there cared enough to make sure orders are correct, so employees sitting on the floor not working must also be acceptable.
