had some 10 year old tonight passing my order and ringing my card up while everyone chilled around some visitors and a baby. I get it's fast food, don't expect much but to put a child on your register who almost left me with my food and not take my card was neglect. anyone else would have taken the food and left, I made sure I paid but common.

I ordered in the app at 9:58, drive to Sonic to be told that I ordered after 10, and they close at 10 now, so they couldn’t fulfill our order. Now I have to wait days for them to refund my money, because they cancelled my order.

my husband has an allergy and due to this allergy I ordered his chicken wrap with no ranch. we got home and guess what was on the chicken wrap.......RANCH!!!! And when I called the manager she was so rude and unprofessional never mind she sounded like a ignorant teenager. I was told i could come back another day. To get it corrected. Trashy, rude service. No customer service skills whatsoever. The entire staff was sitting there openly gossiping about me and my Cousin wearing camouflage after we came to order food there following a hunt. The server then brought out the food and made stupid, tasteless jokes about our camo to try and get a rise out of us to show off for his equally immature coworkers in the kitchen. He also attempted to keep the remainder of my payment as a tip, even after I requested for my change back. This place blizzity blaws.
they actually got my order correct yesterday! I was shocked!
