Ordered my burger plain and it came out with everything on it and the bun was soggy cause of all the grease and also ordered some cheesy tator tots and it came out with chili all over it, I've had several bad experiences at this location and honestly I'd rather drive to the provo one, much better food and a lot better customer service.
Service is extremely slow Great prices if you can hit a sale
They are always either out of ice cream or the machine is broke. Television ad for 1/2 off after 8pm until close. Go in the middle of the day and same story. Need new management that knows how to order or call a repair person.

Orders never are correct!! Given them 3 chances and they failed all 3 times. Was supposed to get a shake and it was more like watery chocolate milk and the other times they have messed up my drink orders. Don't recommend the Springville location go to Provo or Spanish fork much better customer service at those locations
Waited at Sonic in Springville for over 10 minutes before they'd take our order. Then waited over another 40 minutes for our 2 drinks and an order of tater tots to come out. Finally, after seeing the car next to us receive their food (when they arrived at least 10 minutes after we did) we asked where our order was... apparently they lost it. It should not take 30 minutes for a grape limeade. Have to push the button a couple of times and then wait FOREVER for a simple drink. These kids have no idea what they are doing.
