Be wary...the menu board has a notice of new size for the Classic Chocolate Shake. They are charging you for a large size but you get the medium cups. Sonic Corp says that some locations are out of the large cups and are escalating my complaint to upper management.
everything we go there something is messed up the other day my fiances burger patty looked like there was a bit taken out of it, today my fiance tried them again placed an order and had to get going they forgot his ultimate meat and cheese burrito completely. it takes 30 minutes or longer to get an order on top of waiting 10 minutes just to order. Food was cold and the ice was almost melted in our drinks, my shake was almost melted. I do not recommend this sonic. you will have a better meal off the side of the road.
Terrible!!! We ordered on the app, waiting about 40 minutes once at the location, and then they said they were waiting on a chicken sandwich to get done but all the food was cold and ice in drinks melted. The poor food runner was doing everything she could to help people that were extremely not happy with the slow service for terrible food.
after expressing I was allergic to tomato & saying no tomatoes I still got 2 tomatoes on my chicken wrap. found out after I finally was able to eat it(or so I thought) down the road headed back to Topeka. glad my daughter looked in it at that point or you could have kill me.
I came in to sonic tonight i order a burger it came out the cheese was not melted the burger patties were cold and the buns were not cooked. I get another brought out to me. The same thing happened to it to. I do not recommend going to this sonic.

RecommendedI give it a 4 out of 5, only due to the fact they do... on occasion mess up the order. (even when its slow) But the food is nice and hot.
Two nights ago, 2 people/2 orders ... Burgers were cold (again). The "grilled chicken" sandwiches were rubbery. The tots tasted as if they were cooked in old, over-used fry oil. The diet coke & Dr Pepper were just plain gross carbonated water with a metallic taste. $22 down the drain. Very disappointing. I've complained before. They obviously don't care, nor do they take any pride in their work/products. Tiime to #ShutDown.
