Ordered a peach tea and recieved a sweet tea. We tasted it in front of the waitress and told her there wasn't any peach. She took it back and brought it again. Same thing, no peach. Went to a different sonic.
I first want to say that I never complain about food or service. I've worked in the service industry before and I know what a pain it can be. While I find the servers to be kind and friendly I do finally have to file a complaint. I rarely eat out anymore and when I go through a drive through it is almost always just for a soda. This was by far the absolute WORST service and meal. I will NEVER visit this sonic location again!
Horrible service waited 15 minutes for 3 drinks guess they are worth min. Wage afterall
Been here several times through the years, every now and then friends and I still go for shakes, rarely a meal. Because no matter what it will be wrong. Straight off the menu no alterations, if you order a float you'll probably get a shushy, if you order a pineapple shake it might come as banana. They'll forget your dipping sauce for your chicken or something. If it comes out right (lottery winner chances) it's good food, but if anything's wrong, ruins the rest of your meal.
Very poor service, the employees got my order wrong 3 TIMES! if it was once that would be different but 3 times? even after the manager said she would make it herself? BS!!! Don't go here!
