I have all but stopped eating out but the GF really wanted sonic so off we went,both burgers were so dry and more like rubber than meat,I asked for extra onions with mustard no pickles with fries and a coke,she had a burger with mayo extra pickles onion rings and DP.My fries were hard and nearly burnt the girl taking my order seemed in a huge hurry and rattled off my order so fast I couldn't understand her at all.When I asked her to slow down and repeat my order she got huffed up like a dead frog.Im tired of trying yall only... read more
When you ask for easy ice it's 1 inch from the top of the cup. I'd hate to know what would have happened if I wanted extra ice.
Forgot my fries twice this week paid for a combo but nooe. Sucks when your just tryn bring your wife somthing to eat 8hr into 12 hr shift across the street
Location was having computer issues but carhop was running to cars taking orders and delivering food in the drive thru, excellent service
If you add ingredients to your burger, like jalapeños and bacon it means they will omit ingredients like lettuce and tomatoes. Don't charge for extra items if you take away others without being asked.
Every time i come here they mess up my order just a simple ice cream and they can't get it right!!! They take 30 mins to bring it out and the prices are way to much for such crappy service!! Will stay my lol happy self in monroe and will not be returning to this sonic!!
