well thats customer service for ya. i understand mistakes happen. but when i only order two drinks and only one has a flaver add in. im kinda surprised when i get home to discover it isnt there. so i drive back and explain the problem. and all i get is "ok, what size". then nothing. they finally come out and swap it out. no sorry about that, no have a nice day , no here a drink token for driving all the way back ( something other sonics do all the time). just swaps it out and leaves. pretty disappointing. edit- after taking ... read more

215 N Main Sonic in Stillwater avoid at all cost!!! Ordered 2 drinks an ice cream cone and a Oreo ice cream sandwich waited 30 minutes in the drive thru after first waiting at a broken stall. Get to the window and nobody talked to us, then they tried giving us the wrong order, then left us hanging while texting on phone! Finally pulled away and the Oreo sandwich was smashed!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR BETTER RESULTS!!!
Slow service every time. This time I went through the drive thru hoping it would be faster but I waited for over 10 minutes in line and I understand being busy but when the cashier window guy can take photos with his phone of the girls in the car in front of me they have time. I pulled up and for over 3 minutes I sat there ignored and no one made an attempt to greet me or even recognize me. they used to have such great service! now it's like they hire anyone. the last 3 times I've gone they just take whatever change is leftover and walk away. I normally have their tip in my hand ready, but if they'd rather steal change for their tip...Okay. the nightime manager is super rude and not very helpful. the wait time takes a long time to. I don't understand how a car pulls up after me, orders more and gets theirs first.

worst service EVER! Wait 15 minute for just drinks... The order was Wrong... Tried to get it fixed waited another 20 after the car hop looked at us several times! Never been so disappointed in Sonic...
RecommendedSonic on Perkins Rd in Stillwater, Ok. You got it goin on today! Took my order soon as I pulled up, u spoke clearly, had 2 food items + drink in less than 4 min. Finely oiled machined staff here. (and you were busy)
