My driver arrived on time and we arrived to JFK on time! Totally stress-free experience!
Company is a joke, called about their groupon before I purchased to make sure it fit exactly what was needed. Was told it was fine and proceeded to purchase. They told me I needed to put a credit card down for gratuity and other "operating charges" (try and figure that one out), but ended up billing me for a standard ride and not accepting my groupon.
