Company is a joke, called about their groupon before I purchased to make sure it fit exactly what was needed. Was told it was fine and proceeded to purchase. They told me I needed to put a credit card down for gratuity and other "operating charges" (try and figure that one out), but ended up billing me for a standard ride and not accepting my groupon. Today was the 5th time I used Sonic and they are terrific. Michael, Tim, Rocky and Joel were all prompt, courteous, friendly and very good drivers. I would use them again and again and I suggest you give them a try. You won't regret it.
