25 minutes to get 4 shakes. Not enough people working and looked like manager was just sitting at the desk and not helping.
Ordered two of the 3 piece chicken strip meals. Waited 20+ minutes expecting to at least get fresh chicken. Tots were cold and the chicken was the driest and crunchiest we've ever tasted. Distrusting.
The Worst sonic in Edmond waited 10minutes for someone to answer at the stall pressed the button 4 different times no one answer remind you no other customers were there in stalls one person in the drive thru...and 2 workers leaving with bags of food and drinks and one worker cleaning up outside that seen me press the button repeatedly went thru the drive thru asked if the stalls worked he was like Yea I'm sure they do..is there a reason no one will take my order then and he says I can take it now ...seriously ordered 2 drin... read more
So slow. Waiting over 15 mins for a drink and tots. Won't be back.
