Can't get your food right and refuse to replace it when they mess up.
Went to this business once a week for a long time. Messed up 2 orders and said they would "write it down" so I could come back and pick it up later. Both time they couldn't find where it was wrote down. One of the orders was an almost $40 with several things messed up. Talked with the owner who pretty much called me a liar since I didn't save my receipt! I guess that would make him a thief! Usually have a good experience but tonight our food wasn't fit to eat. Our burgers were cold and looked like they were rolled around on the floor before we got them. The fries were like rubber and the onion rings were over cooked and cut your mouth when eating them. I will pass this sonic by the next time. We had just left Wal-Mart and if we had wanted sloppy joes we would have got the fixins there. Terrible experience! Lost loyal customers!
Great carhop. My butterfinger blast cane out with zero pieces in it. It was just plain ice cream, then they tried to tell me it was on the bottom. Have you never heard of a blender? Then my Game Changer had absolutely zero nerds in it! This is atrocious. 2 items ordered, 2 items incorrect and 2 items missing their signature ingredients.
.77 for ice water during happy hour!! Never again!
