Worst Sonic in Edmond, rude people. Coke was just carbonated water hardly any Coke flavor. When I told them they said they couldn’t add any coke flavor maybe if I had less ice in it, it would taste better. Idiot!!! Just drove off!!! Don’t waste your money or time there!!!

My family had planned on having $1.00 hot dogs today 7/19/17. Signs were out front near the road advertising them. We pulled in at approx. 5:45.....no buns....all out. Seriously??? You are having a $1.00 hot dog sale, and you are out of buns by 5:30......VERY poor planning :( And why wouldn't you take the signs down by the street that is advertising you are having a sale on hot dogs???? We ended up going around the corner to Carl Jr's for dinner......they had a special....and they had the buns for it
If I could give no stars I would. The drive thru was busy and when the worker came on the speaker I asked if there was a possible wait time. He said "what, I did not hear you" So I repeated it. He then said we don't have wait times. I then said "I may have to put in my order and come back in just a few minutes. Again, he said "what, I cannot hear you. So my crazy day was off to the races and I was beating myself up for forgetting to bring my lunch. I hate eating at fast food restraunts! The food is usually way to salty, the grease is way past needing being Changed and my orders are usually all wrong. EXCEPT FOR HERE!! Today marks the 3rd time I have gone to this sonic in the past 3 months. The customer service was a delight the food was hot and correct and NOT OVER SALTED. I really enjoy this place now. I got 2 hot dogs, one was fine and the other had a hair in it. So they replaced it not evening asking if I needed anything else..I bought a medium cheddar bites also when I took it back and the lady at the window was hateful about it. I will not be going unless I absolutely have too. It would have been nice since I had to waste my gas because of something they did to at least get it free. I worked at McDonald's before and if that happened where I was we have a free pie or something.
I am so upset with this location. One Saturday morning my husband and I went to purchased two large waters total being $1.52. I paid the young lady with my gift card that had approximately $40 on it. It took her a very long time to return my card what I didn't know is that she exchange my gift card with one that had a ZERO balance. I contacted the corporation three times now and no one has called me back this is unacceptable and I will not go away until I received my money back!
