Ive shopped at their store twice now. Their prices were competitive with amazon and other hardware suppliers. Their employees were very helpful both times (each time--a new heatsink and thermal paste) I had not done the work on my computer before. They told me exactly what to do, and I saved quite a bit of cash doing the work myself. They never tried to discourage me from my home repairs, just to get a sale of a new computer. The absolute worst customer service Ive experienced at any business. If you want a good system go to costco or just purchase over the internet. I cannot stress strongly enough how bad these guys were. I feel horrible giving my hard earned money to these people!!
Sonic Computers has moved or opened a new store!! It is in the Stater Bros marketplace (Walgreens, Lowes, Del Taco, Carls Jr, & many more) at the corner of Bear Valley Road & Apple Valley Road. Debating on buying my RAM, Mobo, & coe 2 duo from them or newegg.com, where I can see all my specs & already have the confirmed price also.

Tim is the man. Id recommend them. Very good, but if they are busy be prepared to wait awhile for your computer :(.
