Disappointed at the sales manager at this Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek California. Came in to look at a BMW they took in on trade not less than a month ago. Started out way wrong as the BMW battery was dead. Oh well only a battery they can be charged nothing crazy. They jumped the car started just fine. Took it for a test drive everything felt right. Update: Matt McCain took care of the whole situation and made it right. I purchased a used car from one of Sonic’s dealerships. I got home at 7 pm on a Monday night, car wouldn’t start the next morning at 8 . I had to try 3 times to get it to start. I called immediately and was told it was likely bad gas as they (Crest Honda) have had that issue before. I gave it a few days and then took it to Auto Zone to have the battery checked as it continued to hesitate to start. She pointed out a noise in the engine and said the starte... read more

Don't trust this company or their Echo Park automotive locations. They falsified state inspections and their 191 point inspections. It took a long fight to get my money back on the vehicle they sold me. Please be careful of this company.
