Worst salon experience of my life. I cried for days after this. I had fine hair that was to the middle of my back and dark-medium brown. I wanted high and (almost auburn) low lights with dark roots to give it some demention because it's so fine and straight. Which is exactly what I explained to her, and showed her many pictures of. She bleached it about 3 inches from the top and toned it to a mousy brown that looked almost green after she toned it. The cut was one length, way shorter than the pictures and very uneven.
