She admitted she knew nothing of one of my diseases. She had no intention of learning. She expects her patients to do what she says no matter what. She will deal with basics, but that everything else should go through specialists. I require bodily autonomy, to be heard, and to be helped. After a stressful appointment I finished in tears, we agreed she was not the doctor for me. You decide for yourself.
The first 2 visits were ok, but the last one was terrible. She never sat down and started off with ' I don't know why they keep sending you to me, you are not my patient.' Called in a prescription and walked out. The prescription was not for the issue I was having. She was in the room less than 5 minutes. You go to a doctor in your most vulnerable state. When I left I sat in the parking lot and cried.
I love Dr. Kapoor. She is kind and soft-spoken, but direct. I have seen her for several years, and she has always very responsive and informative. I would recommend her heartily.
I find her to be an excellent, caring, and extremely thoughtful. She has taken as much time as I have needed. She has never been in a rush and always allows time for any concerns I may have. I will travel across town just to have her as my care provider.
Dr Kapoor always appears to listen and address any concerns. She does not sugar coat things which I like. She is very honest and timely.
Not personable at all. Comes across rude and like your taking up her time. Doesnt show concern or interest.
Horrible experience seeing this doctor. She did not address my concerns. She was not interactive at all. She truly acted like she did not care.
Dr. Kapoor listens and genuinely cares about your overall health, not just the immediate concern.
