I was forced to chose a star, but this rating is inaccurate as I haven't even received a simple call back to try and schedule an apt!!!! I have called on and off since Sunday, the 9th and I have yet to receive a call back!!! I've even left messages. Guess I'll have to find somewhere else to go!! So sad as I have heard good things about this place Oh well
I was there for a no chip manicure and it was a painful experience which has never happened to me before and I get my nails done all the time. 2 of my fingers hurt extra bad and they started bleeding. I didn’t think anything of it until I came home and saw how bad it is. I have a wound on my cuticle area now because of how deep she cut it.
