I recently saw Dr. Godambe for a follow-up appointment. She listens well, is very knowledgeable and professional and was familiar with my medical history under my previous doctor who had retired. She’s great!
First time in over 30 years that I had GI procedures done by a different MD. First encounter with Dr Sonia Godambe was in ER for hubby. Very personable, very caring. Explains everything and answers questions to the fullest. I was at ease once I arrived at office location. All the staff was welcoming and warm. Dr sees her patients before and after procedures. I highly recommend Dr Sonia Godambe !

Went in for a colonoscopy procedure and was notified last minute before I went into the procedure room that the anesthesiologist had to leave on the family emergency so they would put me under light sedation. I was awake the majority of the whole time but was an able to say anything. It was extremely painful and they didn’t stop until I finally was able to yell a few profanities at the end.
