I recommend calling to confirm appointment if you book online as staff does not seem to monitor their email etc. I had a last minute work day available and booked 12 hours before the appointment time (3pm) as it showed availability. Received an email confirmation, and I emailed to check about payment options. Received no call or email to say that they were unable to make the appointment.
