I recently had an episode that caused me to have a lot of eye pain. I called the office and told the person who answered the phone the problem that I was having. She told me to be there in about 40 minutes and they would squeeze me in. Once I got there I only waited for few minutes before my regular doctor called me back and immediately gave me an exam. Their service was impeccable, and everyone was very friendly. It was truly a 5 star experience. Thank you all for a job well done. Sincerely, Jeffery A.
IT WAS SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE. NO PAIN AT ALL. HAD RIGHT EYE DONE AND FOR DISTANCE I CAN NOT BELIEVE WHAT I HAVE BEEN MISSING. LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING LEFT EYE DONE ON THE 30TH. ALL THE STAFF HAS BEEN EXCELLENT AND TRACY THE SURGICAL COORDINATOR HAS BEEN UNBELIEVABLE.
At Ramapo Ophthalmology Associates (9/24/25): Cannot comment on the operational or technical expertise but, from my perspective, overall a bit too impersonal for a healthcare operation. Seemed to go from one cubicle to another, looking into one instrument or another, with no explantion as to what was being done or why. Many people probably don't care, but since it's my eyes are being evaluated, I do! Big question, why no name tags on the tech(s), or was I missing something?
