I had a wonderful experience today. Brought a little girl in to have her hair braided. The smile on her face after it was done, could light up a room. I don’t think she has ever gotten her hair done like that, let alone at a salon. I felt so happy for her. Her confidence level is now on . Thank you so much for making a little girl extremely happy today. We will definitely be back!!

Extremely unprofessional and does not honor appointments. After I made an appointment with her she deliberately avoided me and had another stylist do my hair. When I returned a MONTH later to have the braids fixed AGAIN because I returned 2 weeks later because the braids were coming out she had an attitude and did not want to fix it. I had to make a scene in order for them to be fixed. Stop making up things to justify your poor treatment of customers. I wont be back. Im not begging anyone to do my hair. My hair came out amazing! My parting is beautiful and I’m constantly getting compliments on my hair. My braider was also super sweet. One star is taken off because I was there 7+ hours, even with a second braider at one point which isn’t normal for me personally. I’m used to being in a salon 4 hours tops. Overall I would recommend and go back again. Update* it’s been two months and although my new growth is crazy, my parts are still clean and I’m still getting compliments. Will definitely recommend.
