Excellent staff VERY impressed with the staff and the layout of the Plaza office. Even though we are spending money, you made it well worth it. Thank you for being so kind and informative! Definitely will recommend! recommended because
I can't say enough good about Doctor Featherinham and her staff...they are so flexible when you need to reschedule. They are also very patient when your child decides to not always follow doctor advice. I wish Doctor Featheringham could be my doctor in all areas. I think shes a bit more pricey than surrouding dentists buy in my opionin from the service and care you get it is well worth it!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
We LOVE everything about Harmony Smiles! The dentists and staff are extraordinary!! The facility is awesome and we never have to wait for long. Even the waiting room is pretty cool...touch screens to check in, good music, and magazines to entertain all. But the staff is definitely what seals the deal for us. They are cheerful and friendly and can bring a smile to even the crabbiest teenager!
I have 2 children that received their braces at the Apple in Mesquite. Everybody needs to know that this organization is the best place to get braces. From the lady that welcomes you at the front door, finance person, doctor, and the ladies that works on my kids. They are always the same. They are always smiling and having a good time, always. Dr Featheringham is awesome, she is professional, compassionate, a bit talkative but in a good way :) , she tries to make treatment easy, painless, and quick! Does great work! Easy payment plan! Her staff is just as awesome! For example Erin stayed with us through most of her lunch break to finish our consultation, they all remember you and seem to enjoy seeing us even if they working on us this time, they treat you like family ( the ones that don't drive you crazy ;) )!
