I scheduled 2 appointments, one for me and one for my daughter, back-to-back with the same provider. I informed the front desk that my daughter and I would be going back together for our appointments. This is the way we have always done our appointments. The nurse who was the one to take us back refused to allow my daughter to come with me for my appointment, saying that we were not permitted to go into the room together. I had an appointment this morning that was canceled. As a college student without a car, I rely on transportation services, and this ended up costing me $56 for a single trip. I’m really disappointed by the lack of communication and consideration.
