We were patients for a few years. Appointments were rushed, very little listening and way too much talking on her end. My teenager was having issues with a racing heart rate and some other concerns. She would not give a referral to a cardiologist despite explaining to her our family history with heart related issues and my concerns as a parent. She was very thorough in explaining the issues I am having with my back. She used visual aids and went over all options for treatment. She really took her time and treated me as if I had all the time in the world to sit with her and fully understand what is going on.
Very happy with the care I’ve received Seems very engaged and knowledgeable.
Horrible communication skills was the least of the problem. Do not recommend!
I was so happy to have found a great doctor who really cares about my health. He's thorough, will go the extra length to get to the bottom of any of his patient's medical issues. I was notified by my insurance that I now have been assigned a new doctor since Dr. Munoz has left the Soni Practice. Dr Munoz was one of the best doctors I have ever had. Takes the time to listen and asks important questions and exlains things thoroughly, So Sorry he left the Soni practice. Bad for them and so sad for both my wife and I who both were so happy with him as our physician. I guess he got tired of Soni bouncing him around.
Great Doctor!
Originally, I thought Kathryn was great. She seemed attentive, really focused on my conditions, and our personalities jived. She would provide specialist and procedure referrals and made sure my accommodations were met. I had some concerns about things in the practice, but overall loved Kathryn. Unfortunately, after the first few appointments, it began to feel like I was an inconvenience to her. Dr. Munoz is a caring, attentive, well-informed physician. I am just sorry he moved from the Poinciana office of Soni Family Practice! Would definitely recommend him as a PCP.
