Beware! Call LA Residential Contractors Board! Ordered a new roof in September 2010. Paid $2955.00 in December 2010 for new roof with promised installation date before the end of December 2010. We cancelled the contract July 13, 2011 after waiting 8 months for the shingles to be shipped. We went to Small Claims Court in Baton Rouge May 13, 2013 and a judgment was ruled in our favor for Songy & Sons to pay us $2,659.50 plus legal interest from the date of judicial demand, until paid, and for all costs of the proceedings. They are real Pros We hired Songy and Sons to replace our siding on a few section of our house. They did a wonderful job. It looks great and they cleaned up after the work was done like they were never there.

RUN We hired Songy and Sons to do damage we received from Hurricane Issac. Within a couple weeks it was obvious how unorganized they were. Plus using unskilled workers to perform work that required skilled labor. Even upon my request that an electrician do my electrical he allowed the carpenter to which did cause some issues. I wrote a punch list to finish off a few of the small things that would take weeks.
