My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and greatly enjoyed our experience! We were looking for a secluded, quiet setting to get away from responsibilities for a few days, and Songbird Prairie exceeded in that regard. Our breakfasts were absolutely delicious every single morning, and we have never experienced such beautifully plated and arranged meals at any other Bed and Breakfast! The hosts were kind and accommodating, and were more than flexible with our late night arrival! Highly recommend!

Loved the charming, nostalgic and luxury Inn. We were greeted by our lovely hosts Efrain and Barbara Rivera who ensured the most perfect stay! Our suite was large and thoughtfully designed with a king bed, fireplace, heated floors, heated toilet seat and 2 person jacuzzi. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and peaceful to explore. The 3 course hot breakfast was by far the most artistic and delicious breakfast we have ever enjoyed. It was truly a culinary experience for the books!

We had a lovely overnight stay - everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. The house itself is beautifully decorated, the grounds are peaceful. Highlight is the breakfast room with huge windows and microphones situated outside and speakers inside so we could hear and see the bees, a variety of birds and ambient sounds. Breakfast itself was visually stunning with fresh flowers and greens, and delicious! Good coffee and plenty of snacks were available. Our hosts were helpful and gracious. In looking for a memorable place to celebrate our 45th Anniversary, we rediscovered Songbird. We’d stayed many years ago, and life events kept us from returning. Absolutely phenomenal experience! They were graciously willing to accommodate our need for a different check in and walked us through everything! The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD as well as the hospitality! You feel welcome from the very first moment you walk in the door. You get to watch the birds eat and as you eat breakfast which is such a pleasure! It's quiet and peaceful. I hope to spend many more vacations here.
