Dr. Pirrello and his team are incredibly attentive, forward-thinking and provide the best care for their patients.
Dr. Joe is fantastic, I’ve seen him a few times for after hours visits. His receptionist and office manager however are utterly horrid human beings. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who arbitrarily speaks down to people so casually as part of their day to day lives like these people do. It’s really unfortunate to see such an amazing doctor be represented by such heartless staff.
Doctors are great. Receptionists and office managers are short with you, dismissive, and don’t allow you to speak. Customer service skills are absolutely terrible for something that is crucial in health care. Automated phone message states no tolerance for abuse but the reception team has 0 issues talking down and treating you inhumanely.
My family and I absolutely love Dr Joe…. We were one of his first patients who were transferred from Dr Strome to Dr Joe and she couldn’t have chosen a better doctor for my family and I ALSO a huge heartfelt thank you to Joanne at the front desk who is always so extremely wonderful to speak to on the phone. She is just simply amazing 🤩 thank you for being so kind Joanne 🩷
