I’ve lived here 6.5 years. The problem isn’t the manager it’s the owners. The hot water/boiler has gone out at least 10 times since I’ve been here usually for a week at a time. They have maintenance turnover like crazy; right now there is one loyal guy who works alone. When I called to follow up on my ac not working properly I was promised he’d be here first thing this am. 1:50 still not here so I called. I was told he’d get to me when he got to me and the kicker?
