The biller Lisa does not know Billing or procedures at all. She doesn't know how to process insurance claim are fax over prescriptions. I have had to fight with her everythime to get proper service. If she treats one this way that knows procedures. How many has she charged and they just paid because they didn't know she was screwing them.
I can’t thank Dr. Tanner Song enough for the extremely professional and skilled work he did on my teeth the other day. I had to get a crown, and Dr. Song was amazing at keeping me relaxed throughout the entire procedure. His staff was also fantastic and very supportive during the process. I’ll start by saying the hygienists there are fantastic! Which is why I’m giving any number of stars on the review. They’ve been great! Then I’ll move on to my most recent experience in December 2023. In June, Dr. Tanner (the son) replaced an old filling. Honestly not 100% sure why, something about a crack, BUT I wasn’t having any issues with any of my teeth. He insisted it needed to be replaced so I agreed.
