On my last day, I politely requested a one-hour late checkout, which was approved by the receptionist. However, during that extra hour, three men suddenly knocked on my door. This place is awful and I'm convinced that the people who gave this place any rating higher than a 3, haven't had great lodging experiences elsewhere and just don't know any better. The lady at the front desk who works nights has an awful attitude and was always staring at me weirdly whenever myself and my guest would come and go. They also only give you clean towels based on how long you stay and you have to ask for more. This may come as a shock to the staff, but some of up wash our behinds EVERY DAY. While traveling on business, this is my second stay in a month, the first being so good that this is the only place I will stay when in Somerset & surrounding areas of NJ. Things that matter the most to me is courtesy, convenience and comfort; all of which were exemplary! The Management and staff go out of their way to make sure you are cared for while at this hotel. The front desk lady Kendra is awesome and extremely helpful you really don't find people like her. She is very knowledgeable about her job and it's surrounding. We really enjoyed our stay. The best hotel stay we've had in a while when traveling north. I find the sonesta brand has been great to us. I'd mostly definitely stay again
