Once you arrive and see the hotel you can tell something is up. This place is kinda out dated. There are homeless people actually living in that hotel! It’s like a state government home placement! Our room had roaches! I booked for 3days 2nights I was out the next morning!

Easy check in, rooms were clean and renovated. This is my second time visiting and this is one of the nicest and cleanest hotels around in this area. Receptionist (Angela) was amazing with taking care of process as well.

The hotel itself is decent and the staff were kind, bed is very comfortable, but I did see a couple of R-bugs during my 2-day stay and found a few dead ones as well. I didn’t see more after the first day, but it was enough to affect my peace of mind. For travelers who are sensitive to pests, I’d be cautious — check your luggage and belongings carefully before leaving. I hope management continues to address this issue because it is otherwise a nice property with good service I just can’t deal with bugs.

The rooms were very nice actually and they kept the place very clean and they had a gym and a place to do your clothes for free but at the front desk there’s an African-American woman who’s very heavy set with glasses. This woman is so mean she heard me trying to help an other client and she told me to mind my business and screamed at me when you ask her for something. She rolls her eyes and won’t help you.
