Bed is so clean and comfortable, room was clean, amenities great...a home away from home..excellent service experience was excellent..thank you
Terrible service from the big lady at the front desk last night at about 1am. Very rude. Was sent there by United, and what an embarrassment. Terrible hotel, terrible service, terrible area. Hopefully our complaint will be enough for United to take it off the list.
