Armando the Manager and all of the Front Desk Staff, Cleaning , and Maintenance Staff are very nice. If you need something, they will do their best to get it for you and if they do not have it, they will try and get it for you. We have been at the Sonesta for a few months now, and it has been great. The rooms are supplied with kitchen essentials and you have a regular size fridge with an ice maker and even a dish washer. There are patio chairs and grills to use in the back of the hotel. Very nice experiences. I was expecting to have a nice breakfast at the hotel, but they don’t serve breakfast. Otherwise, all good.
I don’t usually write reviews online but unfortunately this time I fell obligated to do so. My boyfriend and I booked a room at this hotel for two nights. After seeing the room, which smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, the kitchen was old, the contacts burned, the tables sticky, visible stains on the floors and chairs that were ragged, we decided that we would not be able to sleep in such conditions.
