This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, involving unauthorized and poorly disclosed charges. I booked and fully prepaid through Priceline with a confirmed reservation. At check-in, I was clearly told my card would only be used for a refundable deposit and a small parking fee (~$7.50/night), which would be returned after checkout. I stayed at Sonesta Simply Suites during my summer internship, and greatly enjoyed my experience. Israel was very informative and accommodating with the booking process, even hosting events just for the interns, and the front desk was always helpful as well. Rooms are cleaned once a week and the kitchen is well-equipped with appliances and cooking supplies, and the hotel is located right next to the Caltrain station and SCU. I wanted to stay in this property for a while so finally I got a chance. This is a solid place all travelers should try this place, it's pretty awesome. Then like this post... Most units are Jr. suites and there are some one bedroom suites. The Jr suites are tastefully decorated, basic kitchen, full fridge, a large working desk, a recliner and even a "task board" but good enough to start, later you can borrow more items like toaster oven, blenders, rice cooker and more you can see In the pictures.
