I arrived at night on 06/19/2026. No sign on Rt 10. Hotel is sort of hidden from view. Lucky I had a functioning GPS device. Center of the parking lot had lights out or non - functional. It was very dark. There was no place to pull close to the front door to then park, check in and unload then find a parking spot. Ramp exists to the door but the door is not handicapped accessible/ not automatically opening. Last minute business from out of town. Needed a good room at a good price day of. Marlon at the front desk was fantastic. He was personable and helped me out!This hotel has a parking lot and the room was clean. I would stay here again. Thank you!
Rooms are hot or miss. Beds are ok, with triscut sized pillows. Our room had a broken drawer and towel rack. They also do not disclose if you reserve on Priceline etc. that they will charge a 75 dollar a day pet fee.
The problem I have is with the head housekeeper who keeps coming in my room looking through my stuff. She came in several times on Saturday when I went to church. That’s why they say if you have pets to take them with you when you leave out. The other housekeepers who speaks very little English won’t come in with the sign on the door. She speaks so so English and don’t care. She thought she was going to get another chance today however I didn’t stay out long enough. This is our second time staying here. We come each year and we love this hotel. It's very clean and the front desk is very nice.
