Stayed for one night for thanksgiving, staying for a night or two okay sure. The third floor has a smell. The hotel could use an update for sure but for the value and location it’s okay. The bed was fine. There is a train that passes by the hotel so be mindful booking if you’re looking for a restful sleep. Lobby attendant pleasant. The facility is very clean they have laundry and a gym if you need it, as well as a store. Would I stay again no.
Room and hallway smelled like dirty laundry or unwashed people. Building was worn carpet was stained and room was small and poorly furnished NOT A SUITE A SMALL SMELLY ROOM WE did not stay and were not refunded. Trivago was no help refused refund
Great place, kitchen , clean . Staff is cool and friendly. Great rates. Stayed here awhile in transition moving back to ny... I will only use this hotel when in rockland co or within 50 miles! Hands down the best hotel anywhere near.... test it you will see you cant beat Sonesta for price amenities, quality and cleanliness! Thank you Vanessa, Ashley, Terrence and crew!
Our first time and the service can be better. We only had 3 towels in our rm and when my husband went down to get an extra towel since its 4 of us. The girl at front desk had the nerve to question him. " So are you sure because there has to be 4 and did we check and was calling us in our rm to speak with me. Who does that. Why would we lie about 1 towel missing. This really pissed me off. Over all nice room so far.
