We showed up to check into our room with the confirmation number and they could not pull-up our reservation from the national system. Instead of offering to accommodate us and resolve it later; they simply apologized and sent us on our way to fend for ourselves. We asked them to call the national number to cancel our room and refund our points, and it was explained that they could not help us. Ms Queesha was so easy to engage with. I had an issue with my reservation and she fixed it quick and treated me right. Even the night lady was good to me. Easy check in, had my keys inside 3 minutes. Thanks Sonesta

This hotel seems to be under a new management but In general is horrible. Since the entrance you can notice the bad conditions of its facilities. Reception smell bad and through the hotel, like cigarette as soon as the door is opened. Guest appearance make you feel unsafe, noisy, dirty rooms and linens. It smells musty and you can see mold at the ceiling. Worst hotel experience ever!

The staff are super friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean 🫧 and efficient. Love this hotel 🛏️
