Price was low but roaches were high. Couldn’t stay over 1 hour. Had to leave immediately. Told the guy at the front desk about the roaches and he acted surprised. Sir they were jumping off the dresser! He then asked what size were they WOW! Beware
Very nice hotel! Super clean and spacious rooms. The front desk employees and manager are extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure my reservation wouldn’t be canceled after informing them I would be showing up late from out of state. You won’t find a nicer hotel in the area, especially for less than $100 per night.
As Elite members, this was our first stay at a Sonesta Simply Suites property, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. While we understand that this is an older hotel, the overall cleanliness fell far below expectations. The hallway carpets were heavily soiled and carried a strong, unpleasant odor—likely difficult to manage with in-room cooking, but still off-putting. Our room itself was not properly cleaned.
