if i could rate this 0 stars i would. they recently changed management and they are absolutely the worst. my fiancé and i have been waiting for 3 hours for someone to come let us in our room because the keys don’t EVER work. we are VERY displeased with the unprofessionalism. if you don’t want to answer to emergencies when it’s LITERALLY your job, get a different one.

I made reservations for Oct 20 - 23 2023. Called to ask if I can get an early check-in at 2pm, since my confirmation email indicated 3pm as check-in time. The female that answered advised me that it would be a $50 charge for early check-in. So I decided to wait til 3pm. I arrived at 3pm and ask to check-in, at this time and only at this time did the same female that answered the phone tell me that their check-in time was at 4pm. I hate it here. I just checked in. I was supposed to check in at 3, but the lady told me it’s 4 unless I pay her $25. Nontowl e. No chair for desk. I’m here a week for work. Stains on refrigerator. No comforter on bed. The bathroom smells. I guess you really do get what you paid for.
