Shneeya has excellent communication and customer service skills We were treated very well from beginning to end. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped for most of our needs. Will definitely come again and recommend to others. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly. Thank you for a nice stay!
Cancels reservations for no reason. Attempts to charge a 90 dollar non refundable fee for the cancelation. I travel a lot and was stuck in a fatality traffic delay for hours. I will NEVER and highly recommend no one else uses this terrible place.
I booked this hotel in hopes of getting good rest during a family emergency. The location is incredibly convenient with not many options in this particular area. However, I was woken up at 12:30 in the middle of the night by two grown men using a master key to unlock and open my door. Lisa at front desk is awesome. She definitely goes out of her way to help you. She is very pleasant and always smiling. Jessica with housekeeping is the best. She is very thorough! Gordy with maintenance is great as well, he is very attentive and will correct things right on the spot if he can.
