We stayed at this hotel march 28 and it was by much the worst experience we had First room the toilet din not work Second room was infested by roaches and the blankets and the mattress very dirty Third room cigarette smell was so intense and awful Fourth room was ok compared to the others But most of the hotel including elevator had a smell of chemicals Both my sons got sick so we had to move to another hotel We had to buy blankets By the way the personel working there were kind but it was the only thing good about the hotel
Nice people, great location, room serviced and pretty little flowers embossed in the toilet paper. No breakfast but DENNYs is right out front among several other great dining options.Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Houston — honestly, it’s one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The manager, Bhaskar, is one of the most awesome and kind people I have ever met. He truly cares about the guests and makes everyone feel welcome. The housekeeping staff is excellent, and everything is always very clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was the worst room i was given ever in my times at a hotel period. Multiple damages and dirty.Due to my appearance. I am being very cautious about my surroundings but due to front desk receptionist Bhaskar d.
