Great staff, selena is the best
We stayed two nights. Our room was comfortable, clean and a nice size. Bed was a little on the hard side but comfortable. Our room had adjoining rooms and second night we could smell cigarette smoke. Other than that it was a great stay. The kitchenette was nice to have. All soaps provided and dishes as well. Service was friendly and the grounds are kept nice. Grills outside as well.
Upon check-in, I was immediately disappointed by the lack of breakfast and the fact that housekeeping is only provided once every 7 days. This is the first time I have encountered the absence of such basic services in a hotel.
Sam was the housecleaner that did my room. Was her first day but you couldn't tell. She did an excellent job, and I was impressed. With employees like that I'll definitely come back when I'm in Warren.
This place is more than I expected. Quiet and serene. A wonderful place to relax. The staff here is very accommodating.
