Patrick is incompetent and so is Brandi, who, obviously didn't take any action on this very serious matter!!! !!!AVOID!!!! Patrick the general manager is incompetent and steals money after kicking us out because he doesn't know how to use the computer system. He cost me over $535 in missed work. Weeks of trying to get a resolution has led to nothing. AVOID!!!

Absolutely love Patrick! He is one of the best hotel managers I have ever met. I travel for my job so I have met several. He is always very welcoming, accommodating, and making sure all needs are handled with efficiency. I would definitely refer Sonesta because of him.
