I was charged the wrong rate, a deposit I'm not getting back AND a cleaning fee on top of that. So for a $70 reservation I was charged $280! The room was dirty and had dirty used tea cups on the side of the sink from a previous guest, the dishwasher was in pieces with screws on the counter and there is no ice machine at this location. I will NEVER stay at one of their hotels again.
Me and my family stay over the weekend checkin wasn’t the best experience over all the staff was great my room was clean very friendly place to stay it was one person i believe he's the Housekeeper manger he made our stay a-lot better he’s a good guy energy was really great will be back to stay
I made a previous post that was a five star and ranted about how I left an item in the room and they made every effort to get it shipped back to me. After a month of waiting for said to be delivered, I called to learn that it had never been shipped. Mariam, the location supervisor, told me that if I left a good review, she would ship and cover the cost (although I absolutely offered to cover the fees). My stay was exceptionable. However the dishwasher was not working properly but Maintenance David ) was able to fix it and a few other issues were resolved He went above and beyond to repair everything that needed attention and was very responsive and efficient to the matters I had. He was very helpful. Thanks again
