Do not stay here! We stayed at Sonesta Simply Suites, Room 127, from July 25–29, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was filthy carpets were full of dog hair and grime. We saw live roaches in the room, and while packing up our dirty laundry to leave, I found a roach in our laundry basket. Dirty worn carpet in hallways. Signs of wear and tear at every corner. Room hasn't been vacuumed in long time. TV remote not working. Noise from people late night. Doors slammed loudly. Can hear every step they take from above room.
Bad service, dirty and rude staff
staff is rude, they talk to you with bad words. stay away from this hotel
Update: Please ask the owner—I did reach out and kept photos. Here is one of the filthy, basket that was left before the maintenance man finally came to empty it. The manager was never available and was very difficult to reach throughout my stay. I raised multiple complaints, but kept getting the runaround. Even when I checked out and finally spoke with Alex, he was still hesitant to listen or address the issues. I also called the national customer service number, which was completely unhelpful.
