This rating is solely due to the unprofessionalism, rude, dismissive and unhelpful posture of the assistant general manager, Maria S. at Solesta Select. I have filed a formal complaint with Solesta Select and I am prepared to take this matter as far as I can to ensure no other hotel guest experiences her poor behavior that goes completely against Sonesta’s Signature standard of hospitality. All of the other staff were phenomenal! She should not be in management if she can not professionally provide conflict resolution.
The outside of the hotel is beautiful but the room are out dated and dirty. Photos below express my concerns and heard nothing back since they got my money they also over charged me and held my money for over 1 months because I was black and thought I couldn’t afford to stay.
Stayed here for 2 days while I had no heat and hot water at home, and it was close to my job. Lovely open spacious lobby, and breakfast items for sale at reasonable prices. Rooms themselves are clean and neat, and no " hotel smell" detected. Rooms come with a coffee pot, and a small fridge. Front desk staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. Bed is comfortable. Large screen TV was decent. Safe area, with lots of shops and things to do nearby.
