Shaken and absolutely appalled at this hotel right now. If you value your safety DO NOT COME HERE. It's 3AM and I woke up from my sleep to hear someone trying to open our door. Figured surely it had to be a mistake and went back to sleep. I was woken up again a short time later to hearing the door rattling again except this time it clicked open. The hotel smelled horrible. Smelled like mold.. The air conditioner was broken on the right side of the hotel (during the heatwave of 110 degrees) Requested to change to other side of the hotel to accommodate a handicapped person who needed to be cool.. gave us a room that had one bed instead of two, (which we paid for two beds) requested a sofa bed or chair was told no.they dont move furniture into rooms because of the liability.
