The rooms were cleaned and neat. Location very nice, close to a lot of restaurants/ shopping centers. Only 25 minutes from Berkeley and about 45 to San Francisco without traffic. Service was not great not only in the morning. Requested fresh towels and the receptionist ( female) said" we don't have anyone right now, come downstairs later and ask for towels at the front desk". They did not clean the room while we were out sightseeing ( it was Requested) , but the male at night was very nice and provided great service.
My daughter is a wheelchair user and this hotel has the most accessible and well thought-out room available in the area. We travel frequently for appointments around the bay area and have had a very difficult time finding a room that she can use without difficulty. This is it. This is the place with the room you can maneuver and feel confident that you can use without any help.
