Nice room, great value, great staff.
We found this hotel last minute and we were so pleasantly surprised by the customer service, our room and the hotel amenities. The hotel was extremely clean and in a very safe area. I can’t say enough great things about the customer service. They went above and beyond to take care of us and it was a wonderful experience.

Our flight was cancelled, it was very late on a Sunday night. The airline had overbooked by a lot! Chris(later found out her was the general manager) was working the front desk alone trying to get us checked in and delegate the limited night staff to flip rooms to try and accommodate very tired travelers, many with children including our family. The rooms here are very lovely, clean, and modern. Definitely would choice this hotel if I wanted to stay in Nashville again. And also will look for Sonestra hotels in the future whe... read more
