DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Based on the competitors, it seems like a good choice, but they had me waiting at the airport shuttle pickup for nearly 2 hours. I called when I landed to ask about the shuttle pickup times, that I would be outside to get the shuttle, they tell me every 30 minutes. After over 30 minutes of waiting, I called back, they said “oh, we forgot to tell you that you need to book it.” (Which is what I did when I called in the first place) I called back to check again, and it was another 20 minutes later than t... read more
