The location is great. But they rent out parking at the hotel. Which means I had to park across the way. I couldn't unload at the entrance of the hotel because there were so many vehicles. Id pass on this place until they make the hotel guest priority.
They have a shuttle service to and from the airport, the driver was blasting rap music and talking on the phone. Not a serious issue, but a little unprofessional. I booked the room online and paid for the room plus tax. When I arrived, I asked if there were any additional fees I would be charged and the guy at the front desk said no. He said they needed a $100 deposit for the room at which point he tried to charge me $116. I asked what the $16 was for and the guy at the front desk said it was taxes. Very conveniently located close to the airport. Near multiple food places and gas stations within walking distance. The shuttle can take you as well. Everything was great. They were very accommodating with the situation I was in. They offered later then usual check out and had free breakfast. The room was very clean as well. Only letdown is they could have better pillows.
Wouldn’t let my dogs stay in this place. Very rude
