Staff is really nice and helpful! There’s also a microwave which is great. But the amenities in the room are bad. Really old small TV. No lotion. And the shower gel/shampoo smells the worst I’ve ever experienced. Seriously I had no idea what scent that is or what’s inside of it, but I was too scared to use it. Bring your own.
my worst stay at the hotel in Irvine! the fire alarm rung for like 10mins nonstop! we called front desk if what was going on and they said it’s just a false alarm. it started around 9pm.
