Both check in ladies were super nice. Building is dingy. There's debris all over the stained carpet in the hallway. BS updates to the lobby to make it look nice when they could just.. vacuum? Room smelled like urine especially when ac was on. Stain outside of unit so did someone pee on the balcony? Definite vomit stains on balcony. Hallways reek of cheap perfume to hide the actual smell. I stayed at the Sonesta Select Laguna Hills Irvine Spectrum last month, when I was in town for a friend's wedding. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Iron and ironing board that worked. Large spacious bathroom, with hair dryer that worked. Ice machine on same floor that worked. Extremely large TV set in room, along with full-length wall mirror. Cons: $10/day surprise parking fee at a hotel that is out in the middle of nowhere. Nobody there is walking anywhere. Huge, half empty parking lot. Kind of disappointing. Also, if... read more

Charge extra for checking in early and breakfast items are overpriced and cheap quality. They should at least offer free Continental breakfast.

This place is disgusting. If I could give it zero stars I would. The manager and front staff are very rude. They charge your card different charges without notifying you or getting approval to do so. The floors and rooms are filthy and have a horrible smell. The pictures online don't look anything like the actual hotel. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
