Staff is amazing and the rooms are always clean and well-stocked I can't say enough about this place I stay there every time when I come to Kansas City and need a place. And I would recommend and put up my family and friends there in a heartbeat
To begin expedia booked us into the wrong hotel location which was 10 miles out of the area we selected. We had just driven from Denver CO. and we were exhausted. Upon our on arrival at approx. 3:30pm the computer system was down. Finally checked in only to find the room which was a 2 room suite with a king size bed separated from the main room. The main room was dirty! We found crumbs and other debris in the fold out sofa bed which had no bedding aka sheets avaliable pillows blankets etc. Was then switched to a smaller room... read more
