Pricing: Sonesta is on the lower end of the pricing scale for similar hotels in the Tiffany Springs/Airport area. Meeting “n” Exceeding: The front desk staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and inquiries during our stay. Room to Refine: I assume many hotels will renovate in preparation for FIFA in KC next year. Perfect location by the airport. A exit or two up are tons of shopping, restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores and a hospital. Everything you need. Nice area. They are remodeling. Be advised there is no pool or sauna and there is no plans to repair it. There is also no complimentary breakfast but they do put out coffee in the morning. There is a Waffle House next door and a Cracker Barrel next door.

Best way to put it. This is a fancy Motel. The hotel construction going on is insane. The room was still $180 a night with everything but lobby closed. Employees were friendly. Our toilet would not flush right and our non smart 27" TV was cutting in and out. The room was booked for me, so I dont know what the other options were.
I’m currently staying at this hotel for my baby shower and the lady Paulette at the front desk has been nothing but rude to my family and I ! Worse experience of my life, I would never recommend this hotel!
