Be aware that this hotel is currently under construction. There was zero effort to disclose this—neither on the website nor in the email confirmations—when it absolutely should have been communicated in both places. This omission feels very much like a bait-and-switch. As a result of the construction, there was no pool, hot tub, fitness center, or breakfast. Pricing: Sonesta is on the lower end of the pricing scale for similar hotels in the Tiffany Springs/Airport area. Meeting “n” Exceeding: The front desk staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and inquiries during our stay. Room to Refine: I assume many hotels will renovate in preparation for FIFA in KC next year. We would have like to have been informed of this prior to our stay, considering the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and interior courtyard were all inaccessible and entirely under construction . Perfect location by the airport. A exit or two up are tons of shopping, restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores and a hospital. Everything you need. Nice area. They are remodeling. Be advised there is no pool or sauna and there is no plans to repair it. There is also no complimentary breakfast but they do put out coffee in the morning. There is a Waffle House next door and a Cracker Barrel next door.

Very comfortable and functional rooms! Bedding is great clean! Service and personal are friendly and helpful!
