We stayed here as part of the park sleep and fly program. We rented the room for the night before our early morning flight, left the car there, and was supposed to have a free shuttle over to the airport. However the hotel stopped running the shuttle at 11 pm and didn't start again until 4 am. We had to be at the airport by 4 am. So we had to Uber there and then back. You stay here either because you're willing to give up fifteen or so minutes of driving into downtown in exchange for lower prices, or you're stuck at the airport for a layover or cancellations. The peoperty was under going heavy construction while we stayed. This appears to be mostly limited to one side of the building, though and didn't bother us. Sonesta Select hotel Booked a room for my little sister’s 10th birthday party, went in and headed straight to the pool, my mama who booked the reservation had not yet checked in but my other sister and niece was already waiting in the pool area, as i was walking there she was very hostile towards my aunt and me saying we couldn’t go in becuase my mama hadn’t checked in yet, i said fine i’ll wait in the lobby and she then proceeded to yell at us and say we needed to leave the property. do not come here for ANYTHING. the lady at the front desk was so unprofessional, showed racism, and has no room to ever have a customer service job. We walked into the building and not even within a minute was met with hostility. The host of the room was pulling into the parking lot while the rest of the group was inside (a family, for a little girls birthday).
