They are short staffed so I room is being cleaned every 3 days and we are only here for 4. I wouldn't have minded every other day....

Be aware that this hotel is currently under construction. There was zero effort to disclose this—neither on the website nor in the email confirmations—when it absolutely should have been communicated in both places. This omission feels very much like a bait-and-switch. As a result of the construction, there was no pool, hot tub, fitness center, or breakfast. Pricing: Sonesta is on the lower end of the pricing scale for similar hotels in the Tiffany Springs/Airport area. Meeting “n” Exceeding: The front desk staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and inquiries during our stay. Room to Refine: I assume many hotels will renovate in preparation for FIFA in KC next year.
