I've been to this hotel many times and their shuttle service has never let me down. Great place and I'll continue to be a customer.
We have loved staying here several times a year when we fly out, and the lobby is always amazing. It’s further from the airport just a bit, but the comfortable rooms, on site parking, and friendly lobby have been reason to stay. I doubt we will be back. We got back to the airport. 23 degrees outside and they tell us 10 min on a shuttle so we went outside a few min later to wait. 30 min later, no shuttle. We call back and after being on hold 5 min, the front desk tells us the driver was on an errand! We are freezing to death ... read more
